I vårt Spa Hälsoprogram ingår om du önskar en ryggmassage eller en Aroma Therapy Massage.

Massage
Massage therapy is an integral part of maintaining energy balance in the body. It releases stress and toxins as it restores circulation and relaxation to the body.

Beskrivning område "Undervattenmassage"

Du kan välja en undervattensmassage som antingen är Body Relax, Sea Water eller Contouring. Önskar du inte en undervattenmassage väljer du i vårt Spa Hälsopaket en Aroma Therapy massage istället.

Hydrotherapy
This massage can be relaxing or toning depending on water termperature and pressure. Underwater massage improves metabolistm and increases blood flow. The powerfull massaging jets increase oxegen uptake and eliminate accumulated waste. As a result, tension is decreased and joint flexibility is increased. Underwater massage is recomended for body toning, to improve sleep and reduce stress. It is also effective in cases of joint and spinal problems, especially when there are movement constraints or lymph flow disturbances.

 
Body Relax
A relaxing and calming bath is filled with aromatic sea water. Lightly flavoured
crystals are like sparkling champagne stimulating the senses in complete comfort. The body is fully relaxed while strain and stress decrease.

Contouring
The signature sea plant formula used in this procedure activates microcirculation in the body reducing the accumulation of fatty deposits and reshaping the body’s contours. Discharge of accumulated toxins is intensified and after the treatment the body feels reinvigorated and full of energy. Sea

Water
Sea Water provides a reinvigorating, exhilarating, and relaxing bath. Due to the
high concentration of minerals in sea water, the body is enriched with many vitally required substances. As the source of true beauty is from within, this harmonizing treatment will leave you glowing.

Flamingo Relaxation Area

I vårt Spa Hälsopaket har du även tillgång till hotellets avkopplingsavdelning "Flamingo" som har bland annat jacuzzi, pool och turkisk och rysk bastu. "Flamingo" ligger i hotellets Spa-avdelning och har kan man koppla av och njuta av ett lugnare tempo än i den stora basängen. I ditt pris ingår ett besök i ungefär 1,5 timme. Du kan självklart lägga till en timme eller två om du så önskar men se till att boka det i förväg. Nedan följer hotellets beskrivning av avdelningen.

For recreation and comfort visit the Baltic Beach SPA centre’s Flamingo relaxation area. Here you can refresh your body and soul in the Spa’s swimming pool, featuring back-stream, cascades and underwater massage jets. You can also relax in the Vichy shower or Jacuzzi bath or enjoy steaming and massage in Russian or Turkish baths. Vitamin cocktails and fresh juices are available at our juice bar. The relaxation area is a great place to rest alone or bring family and friends. It is also available for private party rental.

Jacuzzi– Warm Bubble Bath
When gentle air bubbles touch the body, the accumulated strain is reduced and the soul experiences pleasant feelings and enjoyable moments.

Russian Baths
Russian baths are a continuation of centuries long Russian steaming tradition. Steaming in the baths provides clarity of mind, freshness, liveliness, health, power, beauty, youth, cleanliness and a pleasant skin colour that always attracts the attention of the opposite sex. People go to Russian baths to warm and to thoroughly sweat. Scientific research in the field of haemo- and lithotherapy certifies that jadeite stone (used as a bath stone) has a concentrated positive energy impact on the body. It strengthens the nervous system, equalizes arterial blood pressure, improves blood composition, increases endurance in men, and cures kidney disease and urinoexcretory organs. Ever since ancient times it has been maintained that energy from this stone helps fight infertility.

Admirers of Russian traditions obtain joy of soul and body when steaming with birch branches. The ancient procedure of splashing the body with cold water from a wooden bucket refreshes and tones the body. Steaming favourably influences one’s health and improves mood. Russian baths in the relaxation area have an open stone stove, which maintains the temperature between 60–800C and humidity of 60–80%. Following complete enjoyment of the baths, aromatic tea with honey is served.

Turkish Baths
The baths with white and aromatic eucalyptus steam bubbles revitalize the body and clear breathing passages. These baths differ from Russian baths with lower temperatures and higher degrees of humidity which decrease the intensity of heat.
